He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Green and Alice Green; and his stepson Matthew Parkes. He is survived by: his wife Teresa (Wonderleigh); his granddaughter Victoria Parkes; and his sister Connie Miles (Glenn). He is also survived by nieces and nephew.
