She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. William Wahl and Ethelyn Wahl (Fultz); and her son Stephen. She is survived by: her husband Tom Bell; her children, Kim Lally (Eric) and Michael W. Bell (Heather); and her siblings, Dr. Brent Wahl (Fran) and Jennifer Kehl (Larry).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ranette's name to the Dayton Children's Hospital or the Greene County Library.
