He was predeceased by: his mother Susan Stouffer-Steele; and his aunt Pat "Patty Pat" Kunk. He is survived by: his father Eugene Kunk (June); his sister Deb Hanselman (Bart); his nieces and nephews, Matt Hanselman (Claire), Jake Hanselman, Rachel Hanselman, Violet, Ruby and Cypress Hanselman; his stepsister Kimberly Long (Todd); and his stepsibling's children, Ashlyn, Makenna and Isaiah.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Butch to Ohio's Hospice.
