We are sad to announce that on June 9, 2023, at the age of 86, Reginald Langdon Payne Sr. (Dayton, Ohio), born in Cannelton, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Maude Jones Payne and Joseph Payne; his former wife Katherine Mosley; his siblings, Joseph Jr., Gregory Sr., Vera Reid, Antionette Parrish and Sarita Easley; and his son Marcus.
He is survived by: his wife Emma Johnson; his children, Reginald Jr., Thomas (Adrienne), Ryan (Kristin), Clarence Johnson (Stephanie), Sylvia Hill (Darin), Cynthia Bohme (Tim), Sharon Lattimore (Julius) and Barbara Spann; and his siblings, Maude Coleman (Bernard), Marva Roberts (Thomas), Lelia Jackson (Jack), Reuben "Peter" (Linda) and Phillip (Tina). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; many nieces and nephews.
