He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Link and Teresia Link (Ott); and his sister Elizabeth Shaikh (Link). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Link (LaPorte); his children, Frederick Link and Christina Link Olson; and his brothers, Manfred and Helmut.
