He is survived by: his wife Susan Mondabaugh; his children, Michael Kobus (Rose), Jeffery Miller and Jessica Miller (Brent Davensizer); his grandchildren, Allisa, Kiersen, Alex, Andrew, Izayah, Aleaya, Khloe and Bryonah; his siblings, Gwen Eshelman (Glenn), Kenny Bozeman (Brenda), Alton Bozeman and Shirle Jones; and his niece Samantha Jones. He is also survived by nephews, other relatives and friends.

Contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with final expenses.
