He is survived by: his wife Tammy Shultz; his children, Timothy Shultz (Charletta), Jonathan Shultz (Curtis), William Shultz (Pam) and Christa Michels (Joshua); his brother Robert Shultz (Laura); his nephews, Matthew and James; his niece Sarah; and his brother-in-law Jim Malone. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
