He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Carr and Hazel Carr (Brown); his wife Mary Carr; his daughter Darlene Morrill; and his siblings, Roland, Ralph Carr and Rachel Carr.
He is survived by: his children, Richard G. Carr, Jr. (Shelia), Raymond Carr (Rachel), Robin Carr, Roland Carr, Ronald Carr, Lee Davis (Kim) and Mandy Carr (Michele); and his brother Roger Carr. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
