Coffelt in Dayton, Ohio, born in Xenia, Ohio, who passed away on October 28, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Foy Coffelt and Elsa "Louise" Coffelt; and his wife Doris Coffelt. He is survived by: his daughter Joy Miller; and his grandchildren, Benjamin and Emily. He is also survived by cousins, family, and friends.
