He is survived by: his girlfriend Toni Chambers; his son Blake T. Lamantia (Kayla); and his siblings, Deb Smith (Gary), Ann Lamantia, Mark Lamantia (Jill), Phil Lamantia (Colleen) and Matt Lamantia (Rachelle). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
A Mass will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (411 E 2nd St, Dayton, OH 45402).
Memorial donations may be made to the Hospice of Dayton.
