She is survived by: her husband Dan; her sons, Eric Conkel, Tom Kreitzer (Stacy) and Phil Kreitzer; her grandchildren, Hazel, Aliza, Liam, Levi, Boaz and Lenix; and her siblings, Bill Helm (Theresa), Mike Helm and Judy Green (Jeff). She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton Xenia Rd, Beavercreek, OH 45432). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in Rita's memory.
