She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Steck and Frances Steck of Dayton; and her son Dr. Warren Kappeler III of Dayton, Ohio.. She is survived by: her husband Warren Kappeler, Jr.; her siblings, Frances Weidner (George) of Fort Wayne and Denis Steck of Dayton, Ohio.; and her extended family, Craig and Marybeth Kappeler of Sevierville.
