He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cooley and Wanda Cooley Sr.; and his sister Donna. He is survived by: his girlfriend Kristen; and his siblings, Frona LeMaster of Dayton, Edie Williams (Butch) of Kettering, Reta Lloyd (Carl) of Viper, Karen Voshall of Fairborn, Glen Evans (Jody) of Dayton and Ronnie Evans (Rebecca) of Dayton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous friends.
