He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert "Bob" and Betty Fillmore; his stepfather Olen McTeer; his stepsiblings, Glen McTeer, Matt Covill and Teresa McTeer; and his sister Barbara McTeer.
He is survived by: his parent Pam McTeer (Olen) of South Charleston; his sister Mary "Sissie" Fillmore-McIntire (Regina McIntire); his niece Scarlett Taylor of South Charleston; his brothers, Olan Brinegar and David Taylor (Crystal); his stepbrothers, Kimlo McTeer, John McTeer and Greg Covill Sr.; his sister Ann Brinegar; and his stepsisters, Penny McTeer and Denise McTeer. He is also survived by daddy; as well as numerous other family members and friends.
Memorial contributions can be made in Robbie's honor to Newcomer Funeral Home to assist the family with the funeral expenses.
