He is survived by: his wife J. Marlene Hack (Ringo); his son Timothy L. Hack (Cindy); his daughter-in-law Janie Hack; his grandchildren, Brad Hack (Brittany), Brian Hack (Erica), Chris Hack (Sara) and Alyssa Hack; and his great grandchildren, Everett, Cora, Bryson and Elliot.
