It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Edward Harshaw Sr. (Dayton, Ohio), who passed away on January 18, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Whaley, Jr. and Rita Harshaw; his grandparents, Napoleon Harshaw, Sr. and Zuella Harshaw; and his sisters, Avis Whaley and Wanda Bryant.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Harshaw; his children, Robert Harshaw, Jr., Christopher Brown, Regina Harshaw and Shrree Brown (Earl); his grandchildren, Desjuan, Sr., Artnitra, Scharron, Khadijah, Aaliyah, Devonte, Montriece and Robyn; his siblings, James Thompson, Brenda Whaley, Vanessa Scales (Charles) and James Perry; his aunt Betty Greer; and his cousins, Kelvin Morse, Ronald Harshaw and Roberta Truss. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
