He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold "Bud" Powell and Aurelia Powell (Hentrich). He is survived by: his children, Julia Stamper of Centerville, Joanne Powell of Waynesville, Jeannette Campbell of Waynesville and Robert M. "Mike" Powell of West Alexandria; and his brother Roger Powell of Los Angeles, Calif.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Moore Funeral Home (10 S High St, Covington, OH 45318). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Highland Cemetery (7835 W Ingle Rd, Covington, OH 45318).
