He is survived by: his wife Rebecca; his children, Steven Walker and Ellen McGrath (Dan); his grandchildren, Grant Walker, Kelsey Walker and Gina Carter (Cory); his great grandchild Noah Carter; and his extended family, Sarah Nicholson (Tom), Rachel Muscato, Megan Muscato, Wesley Nicholson, Lauren Nicholson, Leah Napier, Kyle Napier and Ridge Napier.
Bob enjoyed a long and fulfilling career as a city manager, culminating in his retirement from the City of Kettering, where he made lasting contributions to the community he cherished.
