He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edward and Elaine King (Shaffer); his son Shawn King; and his siblings, Edward King, Roxanne King and Sherri Finley.
He is survived by: his wife Edith King (Lathrop); his children, Colleen Plymale (John), Katherine Snyder (Lee), Joseph King (Angela) and Edie Drake (Timothy); and his brother John King. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren.
