He was predeceased by: his parents, Larmon Mayberry and Lola Mayberry; and his wife Barbara Mayberry. He is survived by: his stepson Kevin Whitesell of Columbus, OH; his siblings, Delores Clark of Cookeville, TN and Bob Mayberry of Dayton, OH; his nieces, Tiffany Mayberry-Williams (Rick), Sherry Akin and Lisa Piccolo; and his nephew Terry Clark.
