He was predeceased by : his parents, Thurman Leo and Mary Catherine Filburn (Bucklew); and his sister Marcia Wiles (Filburn). He is survived by : his wife Sarah; his son Mark (Maureen); his grandchildren, Lauren and Jack; his daughter Karin Dorsten (Russell); his grandchildren, Nick and Alyson; his son Brian Filburn; his grandchildren, Alexis, AJ, Avery and Ashley; and his sister Janet Boehmer (Filburn).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Ronald & Sarah Filburn Scholarship Fund at the University of Dayton.
