He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Shirk and Margaret Shirk; and his brother Jim Shirk. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Campbell Shirk; his daughter Angie Ramsey (Derek); his grandchildren, Mollie Shirk, Nick and Ethan Williams; and his brothers, John (Donna), Tim (Julie) and Dan (Denise).
