He is survived by: his wife Eva Virginia Robbins; his children, Rhonda Fox and Billy Robbins (Dana); his grandchildren, Jenna Green (Cristina), Kyle Robbins (Lauren) and Morgan Ringle (Matt); his great grandchildren, Addison, Eli Bivins, Ella, Evan and Eli Ringle; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Webb and Jackie Robbins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
