He is survived by: his son Robert Scott McNeely (Susan); his siblings, Sandra Diane Key (Larry) and David McNeely (Karen); and his grandchildren, Nick McNeely (Angie), Zack McNeely (Ondrea), Alissa McNeely (Bryan Peck) and Tyler McNeely. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a multitude of friends.
