He is survived by: his wife Teresa Turner of Dayton, OH; his mother Verneda Turner of Newport, KY; his brother Ben Turner (David) of Cleveland, TX; his children, Paige Clark of Newport, KY, Jessica McKelvey (Bob) of Dayton, OH and Josh Hatton (Caitlin) of Rogers, KY; his grandchildren, Kierra Clark, James Clark, Kayliah Clark, Kamdyn Clark, Jase Clark, Bobby McKelvey, Lucas McKelvey, Logan McKelvey, Willard Hatton and Ruby Hatton; his great grandchildren, Anthony James Jr., Kensley James, Kyra James, Karmen Wilson and Karliyah Clark; and his siblings-in-law, Jeff Watts (Denise), Willard Watts (Shari) and Patty McIntosh. He is also survived by family members and friends.
