It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Ann Smart of Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on December 21, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Kirchner and Daniel Kirchner of Miamisburg, Ohio.; and her husband David L Smart. She is survived by: her grandchildren, David D, Betty Smart, Deb, Chris Chickadel, Gilberto, Giacomo and Gianetta Chickadel of Seattle; her siblings, Patricia Kirchner of Miamisburg and Jackie Finney (Jerry) of Carlisle; her niece Missy Finney; and her nephew Joe Finney.
