She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Russell Thompson and Irene Thompson (White); her siblings, Louis Thompson (Barbara), George Thompson (Carol), James "Jimmy" Thompson, Donald Thompson (Diane), Geraldine Egler (June) and Ronald Thompson (Kathy); and her niece Melissa Rice.

She is survived by: her husband Jack Conyers, Jr.; her children, Jack Conyers III (Amanda) of Florence, KY and Jacqueline Mary McLemore of Dayton; her granddaughters, Dajasia Caldwell, Kyla Brooks, Christina Johnson and April Lowe; her sisters, Myra Rice of Dayton, Ohio, Linda Lofton of Long Beach, California and Charlene Dunson of Dayton, Ohio.; and her sister-in-law Toni Douglas Conyers.
