She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry C. Snyder and Mabel Snyder (Rosengarten); her brother Gary Snyder; her son Michael Hieber; and her former husband Dr. William Hieber.
She is survived by: her husband Rev. N. Dean Haferman; her sister Judy O'Neil; her children, Judy Kullberg (Robert) and William Hieber, Jr. (Pilar); her stepchildren, Elizabeth O'Bryan (Haferman), John Haferman, Stephen Haferman and David Haferman; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Christine Kullberg, Aaron Hieber and Samantha Hieber; and her great grandchildren, Brandon, Maria and Emma Pugh. She is also survived by numerous stepgrandchildren and stepgreat-grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.
