She was predeceased by: her parents, Rita McKellar (Clay Patrick) and Charles E. McKellar; and her siblings, Vickie McKellar, Deborah Smith and Lother McKellar.
She is survived by: her siblings, Tom McKellar (Pat), Charles McKellar (Yong), Patricia Veidt (Vernon) and John Patrick (Heather); her brother-in-law Sherrill Smith; her daughter Rita Harmon; her grandchildren, Coreyona Harmon, Jessalyn Harmon, Tristin Harmon, Drake Harmon and Jacob Harmon; her close friend Robert Thade; her son William "Lil Bill" Harmon; Bill and Melanie.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made out to the American Lung Association in memory of Sarah.
