She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Bowden and Albert Bowden; and her sister Carol Ferguson. She is survived by: her husband Edward Dunson; her sister Edwina; her brothers-in-law, Albert Dunson (Linda), Jonathan Dunson and Winston Ferguson; her mother-in-law Gloria Dunson; her sisters-in-law, Teressa Dunson and Virginia Clay; her close friends, Lois Pendergrass and Ruby Mawasha; and her godchildren, Ishe, Thando and Rojo Mawasha. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the H. H. Roberts Mortuary (38 S Gettysburg Ave, Dayton, OH 45417). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at the West Memory Gardens (6722 Hemple Rd, Moraine, OH 45418).
