She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Bellman and Arlene Bellman (Lamp); her husband Paul D. Juillerat; and her brother Richard Bellman. She is survived by: her children, Michael "Mike" J. Cetinske (Misti Wagner) and Bobbi A. Cetinske; her sister Debra Chaney; her grandchildren, Paul and Michelle; and her great grandchild Elana.
