He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Sr. Mosley and Izola Mosley; and his wife Phyllis J. Mosley. He is survived by: his children, Angela M. Swain (Michael), Brenda K. Mosley, Carla M. Bearden, Derrick G. Mosley (Dion) and Monica A. Byars (Keith); his friend Betty Hicks; and his nephew Charles Foster Jr.. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
