She is survived by: her husband Rick; her children, Bethann Summers, Jessie Wagoner (Leonard Johnson) and Rickey Wagoner (Jazmyn); her grandchildren, Jonathan Bowling, Blayne Summers, Mason Summers, Aiden Simpson, Logan Wagoner, Remington Wagoner and Jordan Johnson; her siblings, Dana Brockman, Terry Bailey, Rhonda Penwell and Daniel Branch; her aunt Donnie Collier; her nieces and nephews, Victoria Johnson, Danielle Branch, Tammy Polen, Karley Penwell, Ryan Justice, Eric Stone, Adam Stone, Grant Rike, Shane Polen, Joey Polen and Jordan Branch; and her close friends, Charlie Rowlett (Sharon) and Debbie Tracy (Gwen Polen).
