With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley A. Dodson (Dayton, Ohio), who passed away on March 14, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Jess A. Richardson and Martha M. Richardson (Snider). She is survived by : her husband Henry "Hank" Dodson; her daughter Kim (Mike Wright) of Dripping Springs, TX; her grandsons, Corey and Jacob Wright of Chicago; her son Randy Dodson of Kettering; her granddaughter Rachel Dodson-Stern (Alex) of Miamisburg; and her siblings-in-law, Sam Dodson and Lynne Dodson of Centerville.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Life Connections of Kettering Ohio, Alzheimer's Association, Dayton Chapter or Shriners Children's Ohio in Dayton.
