It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley A. Shields (Dayton, Ohio), who passed away on April 18, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Andrew A Mays and Lula Belle Anderson; her siblings, Audra, Vivian, Agatha, Beverly, Leon, Andrew, Gene and Franklin; and her son Derrick.
She is survived by: her daughter Stephanie Enoch (Terrance) of Elizabeth City; her granddaughters, Courtney Foreman (Rahman) of Addison, Ashley Hull (Alfred) of Chesapeake and Virginia; and her sister Jacqueline Shelton of Southfield. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other in-laws and friends.
