With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen John Vaughn of Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on March 19, 2023 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father William Dale. He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Mentrup; his siblings, Karen Mantia, Michael Vaughn and Mark Vaughn (Terri); and his grandchildren, Cody Davis and Addyson Mentrup. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Foodbank (56 Armor Place Dayton, OH 45417) in his memory.
