He is survived by: his wife Karen Spitler; his daughters, Gretchen Campbell (Steve) and Katrine Mobley (Chris); his grandchildren, Kiaya Spitler, Kyle Campbell, Elora Mobley, Abigail Campbell and Wyatt Mobley; his sisters, Joan Linard and Jean Beaver (Joe); and his sister-in-law Louann Spitler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
