He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Eileen Hale of Bellefontaine, Ohio; his children, Steve Hale, Jr. of Ohio, Christopher Hale of Miamisburg and Sarah Daniel of Scottsdale, Arizona; his siblings, Joseph (Lisa Hale), Patricia Whilding of Newark, Cynthia Hale (Gary Heath) and James (Lisa Hale); his father Philip E. Hale; his brother Jon M. Hale; and his nephew Justin Hale McKeehan.
