Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Stephen leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Paul and Anna Zax; his daughter Daina Zax; and his parents-in-law, Ruby Jo and Cecil Daniel.

He is survived by: his wife Kaye Zax; and his son Stephen "Steve" Zax Jr..
