He was predeceased by: his brother Jerry Salmons. He is survived by: his parents, Peggy Stollger and Jerry Salmons; his wife Tonya Salmons; his children, Shannon Shepard (Brock), Steven Salmons (Brittany), Chelsie Slorp (Lee), Logan Salmons (Taylor) and Savannah Salmons (Tony); his grandchildren, Aleesa, Precious, Makyla, Brianna, Kayson, Lyllian, Rylee, Bryce, Lyle, Laney and Cecelia Grace; his great grandchild Madilyn; his siblings, Tammy Salmons and Greg Salmons; and his close friends, Randy Musick, Joseph and Sophia Huitt. He is also survived by other family members and good friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home, North Chapel (4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, OH 45424). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
