He is survived by: his wife Jean Ann Spirk (Kendig); his children, Tony Spirk (Alison), Bob Spirk (Amanda) and Amy Klimowicz (Phil); his daughter-in-law Jennifer Spirk (Powel); and his grandchildren, Natalie (Sam), Abigail (Elliot), Jacob, Ellie, Alex David Feucht, Madelynn, Henry, Augustus Spirk, Fiona, Cecelia Spirk, Olivia, Sage Spirk, Adrienne, Mathew and Michael Powel.
