She is survived by: her spouse J. Leslie Stein; her children, Susie Stein, Mike Stein (Sue), Kathy Stein, Pat Stein (Renee), Kelly Stein, Steve Stein (Ami) and Stacy Egan (Kevin); her grandchildren, Andrew, Becca, Emily, Natalie, Nate, Ryan, Reagan, Ellie, Kali, Kemper and Meghan; and her brother Edward Sullivan (Jane).
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Ohio Hospice, Alzheimer's Association, or the Therapeutic Riding Institute in memory of Sue.
