She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Jack" Wittek and Janet Wittek (Weidner); and her brother David L. Wittek. She is survived by: her sister Karen Rapp (Kelly); and her nephew Anthony Rapp (Emily Blankenship). She is also survived by cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton (324 Wilmington Ave, Dayton, OH 45420) for the tremendous care and hospitality that they continuously showed Sue and her family.
