She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Lewis (Charles), Sharon Caulfield, Marjorie Cash (Robert) and Diane Lucente (Patrick); her grandchildren, Ryan Cash, Brandon Vance (Leslie), Jacqueline Vance (Clint), Dominic Lucente (Megan), Brianna Lucente (Kevin), Maximilian Lewis, Caroline Lucente and Alexander Lewis; and her great grandchildren, Jocelyn, Rowan, Benjamin Vance, Mayson, Mayci Morgan and Lucy Lucente.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Dayton.
