We announce the death of Terry Steven Comer of Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on September 11, 2026, at the age of 81. Terry will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeanne Comer (Kuncl) and Orville Comer. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Rupper (Wade), Kevin Comer (Gloria) and Christopher Comer (Michele); his granddaughters, Meghan, Molly and Madelyn Rupper; his children, Dustin, Cameron, Logan Comer, Elizabeth and Owen Comer; his siblings, Kathleen Michel, Judy Imparato, Patricia Curtis (Mike), Jeffrey Comer (Patty), Janet Burris (Edsell), Jamie Giesy (Mitchell) and Todd Comer (Ashely); his sister-in-law Debra Yowell; Carol (Whitfield).
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tobias Funeral Home - Far Hills Chapel (5471 Far Hills Ave, Dayton, OH 45429). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the St Francis of Assisi Catholic Church (6245 Wilmington Pike, Centerville, OH 45459).
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton (http://www.ohioshospice.org.) or to Secret Smiles of Dayton (http://www.secretsmilesdayton.org.).
