He is survived by: his wife Kim Gorman (Collins); his mother-in-law Jerry Collins; his siblings, Mike (Judy), Patty Paiser (Phil), Tim (Barbara), Denny (Janie) and Bridget Melanson (John); and his siblings-in-law, Steve Collins and Carrie Scheiding (Dave). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Chaminade Julienne High School in Terry's memory.
