She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Hudie and Ruth Clark (Massey); her close friend Beauford Earl Booker; and her siblings, Frances Owens and Bobby Ansley.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly Hawes, Patricia Booker of Dayton, Sheila Pennyman of Columbus and Kerwin L. Booker of Akron; her sister Virginia Hardwick; and her close friend Beverly Barker. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 56 great-grandchildren; 42 great-great-grandchildren.
