He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Sr. Murphy and Shirley Ann Murphy (Howard). He is survived by: his brother Tim Murphy (Dana); his sibling's children, Taylor Cline (Dan) and Evan Murphy (Heather); his great-nephews, Carter, Conrad Cline and Miles Murphy; his former wife Kathy Klean; and his stepdaughters, Cassandra Setty and Krista Schmick.
