He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Midlam and Alma Midlam; his wife Lillian Midlam; and his sisters, Jeanette and Barbara.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Midlam (Jody), Marsha Midlam and Mark Midlam (Vangie); his grandchildren, Maureen Midlam, Cole Midlam, Cody Midlam, Kathleen Midlam, Danielle Strauss (Daniel), Kimberly Midlam (Ryan) and Melanie Midlam; his great grandchildren, Jaelynn, Kaelani, Lillian, Luke, Lincoln and Quinn; and his sisters, Judy Durst (Jim) and Anita Oelerich. He is also survived by many neighbors, church members and family.
