He is survived by: his wife Susan Derrick; his children, Shelly Derrick, Kelly Derrick (Sherry) and Matt Derrick; his grandchildren, Rebecca Thurston, Nicholas Thurston (Victoria), Marissa Derrick and Schoen Derrick; and his brother David Derrick (Joette).
